Prince Laurent has left hospital

Prince Laurent of the Belgians has returned home after receiving treatment for pneumonia at a Brussels hospital. The Royal Palace confirmed on Tuesday that Prince Laurent, the youngest son of King Albert and Queen Paola, had been admitted to the Saint-Luc Hospital in Brussels for pneumonia. The prince was in Sardinia on holiday with his family when he fell ill.
According to the Royal Palace spokesman Prince Laurent  returned to Belgium because he wanted to be treated here instead of abroad.
Prince Laurent interrupted his family holiday in Sardinia on Sunday to return to Belgium. He was admitted to the Saint-Luc Hospital in the Brussels district of Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.

The youngest son of King Albert was given medication, including homeopathic remedies.

He is suffering from a mild pneumonia.

The prince contracted the pneumonia from his daughter Louise.

The 5 year old girl is on the better hand.

A photographer from the Belga press agency took a picture of the prince as he left hospital.
