9,000 visitors at Antwerp Museum Night

This year’s Antwerp Museum Night was a great success. Around 9,000 people visited the sixteen museums in the port city that had opened their doors to late night culture vultures.

This year’s theme was a cultural trip through time.

Along side the permanent collections were a host of extras.

The museums laid on musical performances, talks and plays.

Visitors could also enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the summer bars.

The most popular museums among visitors were the Royal Museum of Fine Arts (photo), the Fashion Museum, The Museum of Photography and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
