Fish in our rivers under threat

14/12/09 - The decision to stop the treatment of refuse water from Brussels households is having a knock on effect. Technical difficulties mean that the treatment of water in the Brussels water purification plant has been suspended. Higher pollution levels have now been measured in the River Zenne. Further downstream fish are in peril in the River Rupel too.
