Binoculars to catch people not wearing a seatbelt

04/02/10 - It is obligatory to wear a seatbelt in the car, but spot checks in Limburg reveal that a quarter of drivers don't always wear one. The police in Limburg took an idea from the French and it works: picking out violators from afar by using binoculars.
