Girl apologises after bullying incident
30/06/12 - The school girl that hit and kicked another girl and pulled her hair in a bullying incident that sent shock waves through Flanders, has apologised on Facebook. The mother of the victim had copied a video of the incident from YouTube and posted it on Facebook, which triggered tens of thousands of reactions.
