Silent march against homophobic violence in Brussels

Deputy Premier Laurette Onkelinx and Flemish Education Minister Pascal Smet took part in a silent march to remember Ihsane Jarfi and condemn crimes of gay hatred in Brussels last night.

Ihsane Jarfi was murdered two years ago. Four suspects will appear before the court of assizes in November. They stand accused of murder of a homophobic nature. People taking part in the march are eager to see the authorities take action against violence targeting gays.
